99.9% Uptime SLA
NexusHost commits to 99.9% monthly uptime for all shared hosting plans. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, customers are entitled to a pro-rated service credit on request.
NexusHost services may not be used for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any unlawful purpose under South African law. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
